Hawaiian Hamburgers

Prep: 25 minutes
Yield: 8 Servings

2 lbs hamburger
3 Tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs corn starch
2 Tbs vinegar
1-15 oz can crushed pineapple
1/4 green pepper

Combine sugar, starch, & salt in a saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling on medium heat. Cook until thick, about 5 minutes. Add this mixture to hamburger. Serve over rice.
